CEKKMATE - Cititel Express KK

A trip was planned to visit KL in order to attend the meeting on the progress of Cititel Express KK as well as to attend the Exco meeting. This is an opportunity to meet the senior members of CHM. The trip was planned to leave KK on 28/4/09 and then back to KK on 30/4/09. Meeting on 29/4/09 was long but productive. We went through all the check list and established the initial manning requirement. I was briefed on the room configuration, marketing plan and purchasing plan of FF&E. The Exco meeting for Cititel Express KK on 30/4/09 was concise and decisions made confidently. I met Mr Chua and Mr. Tan for the first time. It was decided to offer free wi-fi for all in-house guests. Cisa proximity card for door lock. Opera system for PMS and FCS for the call accounting system. The mattress is of good quality. While the room size may be small, there is certainly no compromise when it comes to safety, comfort and security.
